Terms and conditions

1. Quotes and prices

After the free preview you get a quote with a total price. Prices on the website are from-prices, excluding VAT.

I work as a freelancer without a company registration of my own (kevytyrittäjä). Invoices therefore come from a Finnish invoicing service, which also handles VAT.

2. Delivery and revisions

The number of revision rounds is listed per package (Start: 1, Business: 2). Extra work outside the quote only happens with your approval, at a price agreed in advance.

3. Delivery time

Delivery times are indicative and start once I've received the agreed content and access.

4. Content

You supply text and images unless we agree on copywriting as an extra. You confirm you have the right to use them.

5. Ownership

Once paid in full, the domain, hosting, code and content are yours. You can have everything moved to another party at any time.

6. Care plan

The care plan runs monthly and can be cancelled any month. There is no multi-year contract.

7. Liability

My liability is limited to the invoice amount of the project concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
